Description Charlotte Mechanical is hiring a Project / Install Manager to lead residential and light commercial installation projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, overseeing project execution, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Requirements Responsibilities: · Manage residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish · Schedule and oversee daily installation activities · Lead, train, and support installation crews and subcontractors · Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors · Ensure installations meet company standards, code requirements, and safety regulations · Visit job sites to troubleshoot issues and support field teams when needed · Communicate project updates and resolve customer concerns · Order and track equipment, materials, and permits · Monitor labor and material costs to maintain project profitability · Support customer retention and business growth through strong service and communication Qualifications: · 3–5+ years of experience in residential or light commercial installation, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical services preferred · Experience managing projects, crews, and subcontractors · Strong troubleshooting and field support skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines · Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills · Experience ordering materials and coordinating project resources · Proficiency with basic computer and project management tools · EPA License preferred · OSHA 10 preferred · Experience with gas, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred Performance Expectations: · Projects completed on schedule and within budget · High-quality installations with minimal callbacks · Strong customer satisfaction and retention · Safe job site performance and compliance Benefits: · Competitive salary · 401(k) · Medical, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance · Career growth opportunities · Supportive team environment · Employee Owned- ESOP
