Job Description ABOUT AD NextGen AD NextGen is a flagship student innovation platform established by Avery Dennison Materials Group APAC, a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions. Designed as a career launchpad for the next generation of leaders across the APAC region, the initiative empowers undergraduate students to pitch and develop groundbreaking project ideas aligned with global sustainability and digital transformation goals. Through a combination of real-world problem-solving, equity-free project grants, and direct executive mentorship from Avery Dennison business leaders, AD NextGen turns visionary student concepts into tangible, impactful solutions for tomorrow. ABOUT Your Role Successful AD NextGen candidates are awarded a USD 3,000 seed grant to develop their proof of concept within 3 months. To ensure project success, participants work alongside a dedicated mentor manager and a team of technical specialists to bring their proposed ideas to life.
