This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 6 - 8 LPA) Min Experience: 0 years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time This position operates at the crossroads of project delivery, internship coordination, student management, and client communication, facilitating a professional experience for both industry partners and African students involved in the program. The role generally oversees 20–50 active students working on various projects and internships concurrently, ensuring organized execution and accountability. Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Delivery Assume responsibility for industry projects transitioned from the BD team following partner onboarding. Convert partner requirements into well-defined scopes, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Organize projects into tasks and workflows that can be effectively executed by Edoofian student teams. Assign suitable Edoofians to projects based on their skills, availability, and the specific requirements of the project. Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and adhere to professional standards. Review outputs prior to submission to guarantee client-ready quality. 2. Internship Management Facilitate internships arranged through the Career Development Centre for African students studying in India. Ensure that students comprehend expectations for their roles, responsibilities, and workplace standards. Conduct regular check-ins with interns and partner organizations to monitor progress. Address any performance issues or challenges that arise during the internship period. Ensure the smooth completion, documentation, and collection of feedback from both students and employers. 3. Client Coordination Serve as the primary operational contact for partner companies throughout the project or internship execution. Maintain open communication with companies regarding progress updates, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee feedback loops between partners and student teams. Guarantee a professional and seamless experience for companies collaborating with Edoofians. 4. Student Management & Follow-ups Oversee Edoofians (African students involved in projects and internships). Communicate expectations, deadlines, and quality standards clearly. Conduct consistent follow-ups and progress check-ins with students. Monitor task completion rates, responsiveness, and levels of commitment. Intervene promptly when students are falling behind on their commitments or deliverables. Keep organized records of student participation, performance, and completion status. 5. Project & Program Operations Ensure the maintenance of systems to track projects, internships, timelines, and outcomes. Develop structured workflows for project delivery and internship monitoring. Maintain documentation on project progress, feedback, and completion reports. Collaborate with CDC leadership to ensure the effective execution of multiple opportunities. Success Metrics (KPIs) Project Delivery Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time and according to partner expectations. Internship Completion Rate: Percentage of interns who successfully conclude their internships. Student Engagement & Accountability: Levels of participation and responsiveness among assigned students. Partner Satisfaction: Feedback from companies collaborating with Edoofians.
