Job Description We are looking for Landscape Designers to join our Landscape team under the Urbanism + Planning business line in Hong Kong. Responsibilities: Work with the team lead/ studio lead on landscape design concept and coordination for large-scale planning study, infrastructure, residential, mixed uses, campus, open space development in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Middle East. Assists on internal and external liaisons, participate in design development, site plans, production of presentation material including graphics, drawings, sketches etc.. Work closely to assist team leader/studio lead to ensure the smooth and timely liaison and delivery of landscape architecture solutions and deliverables, . Coordinate on design, technical and administrative activities with other professionals under U+P studios or other business lines as required by the projects. Coordinate with external consultants (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors etc.) and suppliers for construction stage works. Qualifications Master or Bachelor in landscape architecture (other relevant disciplines such as architecture, environmental science, urban design/planning will be considered). For entry-level Landscape Designer, minimum 2 years of relevant post-professional qualification experience; For mid-level Landscape Designer, minimum 4 years of relevant post-professional qualification experience. Experience on developing solutions based on sustainability, ESG and NbS would be an advantage. Work experience at local landscape consultancy firm and/or large-scale project experience would be an advantage. Strong proficiency in Rhino modelling, high‑quality rendering, and AI‑driven design tools, with the ability to produce innovative and visually compelling outcomes. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be a plus. Ability to work independently within a team, willing to learn and grow with the team.
