ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This job is responsible for ensuring cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements. Job expectations include overseeing projects, using appropriate tools to drive project completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical change.
Manages horizontal support our NFRR, Initiative & Transformation Operations (NITRO) group, to include developing onboarding of new team members, coordination of our GBS resource engagement, oversight of other horizontal resources (BAs) and management of shared sites (SharePoint). Consults with other team leaders in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Lead employee engagement by fostering a positive and productive culture and enabling transparent communication between leadership and employees. Requires a deep understanding of change protocols, process improvement and employee engagement.
