Job Title: Project Lead – Delivery

Salary: From £45,628 – depending on skills & experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Experience working in a complex Project environment
• Good understanding of Product Lifecycle and Business Process
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise your own work and manage your workload

Desirable:

• Understanding of BAE Process and Lifecycle
• Awareness of JIRA and Confluence

• Developing a visual representation of the end-to-end Product Lifecycle, known as a Tube Map Structure
• Engaging with SME’s and Function to gather the information for the Tube Map
• Developing and coordinating strategic end-to-end Process Pocket Guides
• Gathering existing locations for Learning and Development curriculum
• Identifying risks and blockers to escalate to management
• Producing project documentation in support of LCM Governance
• Attending meetings and workshops
• Supporting as the delegate for the Project Manager
