• Leading turbine product over the entire product life cycle.
• Continuous series improvement of Enercon turbines, e.g. qualification of new suppliers, after-sales.
• Management and processing of operational problems from production, service and authorities.
• Develop project plans to lead the cross-functional team in alignment with the issues at hand in the field.
• Active project management
• Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle.
• Manage project budget, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions.
• Coordination of projects and their dependencies.
• Use and manage resources for different projects.
• Management of product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager.
• Management of project topics with the central functions and external stakeholders.
• Inform and present (interim) results for (top) management.
