MINIMUM SKILLS:

  • Must possess problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of prior experience with TEA DCS Contract.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Professional remote office environment.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations and activities of monitoring contract and grant performance, including developing and tracking key metrics.
  • Developing, reviewing and approving of internal contract and grant deliverables.
  • Coordinating contract and grant communications including scheduling and conducting meetings.
  • Providing contract and grant status.
  • Serving as principal project lead and contract liaison between agency management and other customers and collaborating with other Vendors involved in the contract management process.
  • Overseeing the contract management/monitoring process which includes tasks such as examining scope, billing, fiscal data and eligibility determinations for compliance with contract and grant terms and departmental policies; coordinating and participating in vendor discussions/negotiations; processing of contract and grant documents to ensure understanding and authorizations of contract and grant requirements; and, investigating and resolving discrepancies, complaints, and disputes by negotiating settlement agreements.
  • Develop, prepare and track budget and LAR documents for various projects.
