501574 Project Lead Work Location: Huntsville, AL Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized) Relocation: Negotiable IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project lead to support the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) within the Development and Modernization group on Redstone. Potential candidates will have 10 years of experience, and an active security clearance. Candidate will be responsible for the essential functions listed below and must display the competencies as described to complete those essential functions. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage, analyze, document, and track of project cost, schedule, performance, and risks. • Develop project management products, such as resource loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with critical path analysis • Lead collaborative efforts to develop Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs), such as Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data, Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Document Summary Lists (DSLs), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) • Assist in identifying and integrating modernization requirements while also implementing principles of Modular Open System Architecture (MOSA). • Prepares and present briefings/technical papers to Senior Leaders and communicate and interface with technical representatives • Provides written and verbal assessments to management regarding status, issues, and risk. • Supports and provides feedback for contract gate reviews, Technical Interface Meetings (TIMs), design reviews, and other technical meetings. • Supports and advise various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) as technical lead and best practices. • Resolves issues with requirements verification efforts for achieving Airworthiness Releases (AWRs). • Develop operational guidelines and restrictions using available data that allows safe use of newly developed and modified avionics and mission equipment packages on aircraft. • Manage multiple projects while working effectively with others • Navigate and manipulate various databases as required • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Monitor several high-priority tasks simultaneously while understanding how to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience and Technical Knowledge: • Knowledge of Black Hawk helicopters and their systems, subsystems, and components. • Project Lead/Program Management experience • Experience assessing requirement allocations and traceability. • Experience executing classic systems engineering principles for defense systems. • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical rotorcraft subsystems. • Knowledge of Requirements Management Best Practices and Methodologies • Ability to Develop and Implement Systems Engineering Standards and Processes • Ability to Develop and Evaluate Acquisition Lifecycle Milestone Documentation for Weapon Systems IronMountain Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer
