Website: https://www.metro-gsc.in Company Size: 600-650 Headquarters: Pune, Maharashtra, India Type: Privately Held Inception: 2011 Job Description Support multiple business transformation program and project teams as a key contributor on complex problems focused on key strategic areas like Supply Chain, Store Management, Network and Sales Collaborate and engage with project sponsors, project teams, country counterparts and leadership team at global Metro AG sites Autonomously leads and completes assigned components of project activities and deliverables Organize, plan and conduct workshops at different phases of projects Lead and conduct necessary research activities required by projects Regularly review progress and performance expectations with project sponsors and leadership teams, providing expectations, performance planning, feedback, training & development, and performance discussions. Interacts with and identifies corporate and country requirements for various operations and projects, collects and compiles required data and information as inputs for projects Qualifications Educational & Professional Qualifications: MUST HAVE 5 years+ of experience in Project Management Project management and structured problems solving skills Excellent organization and communication skills Strong grip on business operations Comfortable working at the micro level with relentless attention to details Green/Yellow Belt or a comparable certification Ability to effectively engage with people at all levels of business Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Teams. NICE TO HAVE Lean, Six Sigma and/or PMP certification Industry and domain expertise is a plus Understanding of Digital Transformation, Automation
