Tasks

• Defining and maintaining project roadmaps, schedules, and budgets; tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Coordination and alignment of the cross-functional teams contributing to the projects
• Identifying, prioritizing and documenting project requirements together with stakeholders
• Identification and minimization of risks; enforcement of quality standards, testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicating project progress to stakeholders; preparing status reports and management briefings.

Qualifications

• Completed studies (Bachelor's degree or higher) in computer science, IT or a comparable engineering discipline, and at least 5 years of experience in managing software projects.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills; quick problem-solving under tight deadlines.
• Solid technical background
• Proven proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classic PM frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP); Scrum Master or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills; ability to present technical details in a way that is understandable to non-specialist audiences.
