The role The Project Lead + Senior Civil Engineer role will be involved in leading the design, planning, and execution of a wide range of civil engineering and land development projects and will support the Wellington Civil Manager to manage delivery of projects. What you’ll bring 6+ years civil engineering experience, including significant project management responsibilities/experience and some people management experience. A relevant tertiary qualification – bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent demonstrated competency and experience. Extensive experience liaising and negotiating with clients and potential clients, and a proven record of achieving goals in line with business plans and company strategy.
