If you thrive on the road, have leadership experience, and value quality craftsmanship, we’d love to meet you. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Project Lead, you'll supervise a team working on in-store remodels during closed hours. You’ll manage project scope, ensure the team is staying on task, and serve as the point of contact between DisplayMax, the client, and the project manager. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide on-site team members throughout the project Assign and manage daily tasks to ensure all scope of work is completed on time and to spec Communicate directly with the Project Manager and client contact Submit accurate daily reports and team evaluations Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times Ensure team members are clocking in/out appropriately Train and support new team members on job specifics Monitor team behavior and performance, reporting concerns to HR and completing write ups and reports when needed Adhere to company procedures and safety standards Perform hands-on work such as shelf resets, VCT flooring, millwork, and merchandising ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM To succeed in this role, you must be a confident leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example in the field. Required Qualifications: Proven experience leading fixture installation, merchandising or construction teams Strong computer and communication skills Positive, team-first attitude with a focus on doing things the right way Reliable and self-motivated, with strong time management skills Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physically demanding work Willingness to travel for extended periods Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience: VCT flooring, millwork, and general construction Retail fixture installation and merchandising Reporting and documentation using digital tools ---------------------------------------- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive hourly pay Overtime pay (as required) Travel pay (for drive time to job location) Fuel cards and travel budgets Company-paid hotel accommodations + daily per diem 401(k) (once eligible) Health, dental, and vision insurance (once eligible) ---------------------------------------- WORK SCHEDULE Overnight shifts while stores are closed or days shift depending on the project Extensive travel required for each project ---------------------------------------- READY TO LEAD THE WAY?
