Job Summary: The Agile Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects using Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) from initiation through delivery. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure clear communication and transparency across all project stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team. Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and adaptation of processes. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record of successful Agile project delivery. PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling Infrastructure squads. Knowledge in Allianz Agile Blueprint
