You will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire TDD process, ensuring transparent communication and helping them understand associated risks and capital expenditure implications. Your main responsibility is to organize and coordinate technical due diligences. This includes leading a DD team consisting of, among others, building and MEP inspectors, identifying building‑related risks relevant to the transaction, assessing their impact, quantifying these risks, and providing clear recommendations to support well‑informed client decisions. Accountabilities: You have strong organisational and management skills and enjoy working on a diverse portfolio in which you often balance multiple projects simultaneously. You are a team player who leads by example and contributes to excellent service and successful outcomes for our clients. Strong time‑management skills are essential to ensure deadlines and budgets are met, contributing to the profitable delivery of projects. Advisory group Program Management & Construction Management  You will be part of the Program Management & Construction Management team, a group of around 50 colleagues with various roles and areas of expertise, focusing on Lenders & Investors, Project Management and Asset Consultancy. Qualifications & Experience: We are looking for a team player who is in Netherlands and with experience in the Netherlands and/or across Europe. You can develop and maintain excellent relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within Arcadis and outside. You will represent Arcadis in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership. You have a demonstrate effective communication and management skills for service delivery, and provide good concise commercial advice. Your profile:  * Degree in technical field (such as engineering, architecture or construction management). * A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction / real estate sector in Europe/Neterlands  * Proven project organization and management skills, able to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple assignments on time and on budget * Basic knowledge of building components and building-related installations * Ability to stay flexible and meet tight project deadlines * Good verbal and written English to work effectively with international clients and stakeholders * Willingness to travel internationally on occasion * Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive quality, manage project risks, and deliver successful outcomes * Innovative mindset and strong self‑motivation * Commercially aware and financially astute Why Arcadis?
