POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to lead efforts focused on the transformation of end-to-end Supply Chain inventory management processes and Inventory metric development. Other project leadership assignments may include supporting Space optimization initiatives within the Bayport Manufacturing facility, leading or co-leading transformational initiatives involving cross functional partnership and driving other key enterprise OKRs. This role will report into the Central Inventory Management team and is expected to be in-sync with the Supply Chain Services team and the Supply Chain Capabilities team.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree and 5 years supply chain experience or equivalent
Cross functional experience/exposure preferred
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Leadership and motivation of others

Lead the development and implementation of short and mid-term supply chain plans for key projects with an emphasis at the Bayport Windows facility, estimating a requirement of onsite evaluation and execution support, 40% of the work week.
Develop and implement future state processes with a focus on inbound material inventory in partnership with key business leaders across the Supply Chain network including Sourcing, Logistics, Engineering, IT, among others. This includes inventory planning for inbound materials in support of communicated operating plans.
Manage the development of an Andersen Division Inventory Management Dashboard, with the goal to implement and sustain a balanced scorecard including leading, lagging, process, and value measures. Partnering with IT data team in alignment with the Enterprise Core Modernization team.
Provide coaching and guidance to project resources in the performance of duties and functions for their respective responsibilities.
Understands, documents and communicates corporate supply chain standards.
Change management experience required due to a broad array of stakeholders.
