We are seeking an experienced Product Lifecycle Management Associate Director/Senior Manager to lead the project lifecycle management functions and overall delivery of complex, large-scale defence or manufacturing industry programs in Australia. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, providing technical leadership, and ensuring successful delivery in line with Australian Defence standards and Manufacturing industry standards.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of project lifecycle management best practices, Australian industry standards, and experience delivering within government, original equipment manufacturer, and Tier 1 contractor environments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering, with a solid grasp of multidisciplinary principles and system-level thinking.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver across the full project lifecycle, particularly within complex programs and high-impact manufacturing sectors such as aerospace, defence, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and consumer goods.
• Skilled in the use of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms including Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DExperience, PTC Windchill, or comparable systems to support product development and configuration control.
• Deep understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing IT ecosystems, with hands-on experience integrating platforms such as ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, and QMS to enable digital thread continuity and enterprise-wide collaboration.
• Adept at navigating cross-functional environments, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.
