• Key Responsibilities:Support supplier sourcing, inquiries, quotation comparison and vendor evaluation
• Assist with procurement of rail capacity, fixed slots, block trains and other logistics resources
• Maintain procurement rates, surcharges, supplier information and commercial conditions
• Support supplier negotiations, contract administration and commercial follow-up
• Assist with route cost analysis, alternative resource development and supplier performance reviews
• Maintain relevant supplier, route, rate and capacity data in FMS
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing and Finance teams on procurement-related matters
• Prepare procurement statistics, cost comparisons and management reports

• Qualifications:Chinese / Mandarin language skills are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Business, Economics or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, procurement or supply chain management preferred
• Experience in rail freight, intermodal transportation or shipping is an advantage
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong willingness to learn and work in an international team
