JOB SUMMARY

As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of commercial and solar electrical projects from inception to completion. You’ll work directly with the owner and our field crews to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget, while building systems that will scale as we grow.
This is not a “sit back and manage” role — we’re looking for someone hungry to learn, adapt, and help shape the future of the company.This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate various project activities effectively.

SKILLS

  • Experience in project management (construction/electrical industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a growing company where things change quickly
  • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and wear multiple hats when needed
  • PMP certification, journeyperson ticket, or related training is an asset (but not required)
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical contracting projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Prepare construction estimates and budgets.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver results
  • Lead communication between clients, general contractors, and our team
  • Provide leadership to electricians and apprentices in the field
  • Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
  • Help develop internal systems & processes as we grow
