Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?   Main purpose of the Project Management Administrative Assistant role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Administrative Assistant to support our Creative Operations team and the SVP of Creative. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of various e-commerce and retail projects. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. * Support project manager in tracking project progress and identifying potential risks. * Assist in the management of project plans including schedules, budgets and resource allocation. * Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports and action items. * Schedule and coordinate meetings. * Process expense reports. * Make travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation and hotels. * Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Teachability: Willingness to continuously improve one’s own skills and knowledge. * Organization: Excellent at planning, scheduling and coordinating tasks and resources. * Communication: Share processes and information clearly, respond to questions and requests precisely and adapt communication style as needed.
