We are looking for a Project Management Analyst in San Diego, California. Summary Supports project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution across FRCSW programs. Manages timelines, requirements, budgets, risks, and documentation. Prepares briefs and reports, maintains project artifacts, supports change control, and coordinates with stakeholders and technical teams. Performs analyses to assess status, identify issues, and support decision-making. Responsibilities Assist with development of project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Track budgets, milestones, and task status using standard project tools. Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and summary reports. Coordinate with team leads to gather data for performance metrics. Maintain project documentation in accordance with DoD standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. 2+ years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
