POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Management & Business Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for research, writing, and organizing content for business plans, market research, and grant writing. This role is ideal for someone who is creative and passionate about writing in business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Business & Project Management
  • Able to multi-task, is independent, and a team player
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and business plan writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Reading & writing proficiency in English, native English level. Fluency in speaking Chinese. (Cantonese or Mandarin)
  • University degree in related field or equivalent work- related experience
Responsibilities
  • Research, write, and edit professional documents such as business plans, grant proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research on industries, competitors, and funding opportunities to support business planning and grant applications.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking to ensure timely delivery of writing, research, and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and partners to gather information, align on project goals, and deliver high-quality content.
  • Plan and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to promote services and events.
  • Create and edit short videos and visuals for use in social media, marketing campaigns, and business presentations.
  • Ensure all written and digital content is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on business trends, funding programs, digital tools, and content strategies to improve work quality and effectiveness.
