Job Description Job Title: Project Management Assistance (PMA) – Buildings & Infrastructure Construction Location: KSA (site-based) Industry: Automotive / Industrial Construction Projects Experience: 12+ years Languages: French & English (required). Arabic (advantage) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Management Assistance (PMA) professional to provide end-to-end support for buildings and infrastructure construction. This role acts as a trusted partner to the project owner, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE expectations, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining strong governance. Key Responsibilities Project owner support & governance Assist, advise, and proactively alert the project owner on key directions/decisions needed throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project status reporting and organize monthly steering committee meetings. Participate in crisis units / hard-point reviews and monitor associated action plans. Stakeholder coordination Attend reviews and coordinate with all construction stakeholders (Process, Purchasing, Production, General Contractor, etc.). Ensure efficient interface management between packages, disciplines, and external parties. Program, design & works monitoring Verify that studies and design outputs comply with the program requirements. Control and monitor program developments and changes. Planning, cost, quality & risk Follow-up and monitor planning for both Design & Works phases. Monitor quality for both Design & Works phases. Monitor project risks and ensure action plans are defined, implemented, and tracked. Monitor project costs and contribute to budget control. Site execution & HSE Monitor works progress and construction execution. Monitor site safety and support HSE compliance. Authorities & procedures Represent the client in dealings with authorities, supervise administrative procedures, and ensure compliance across approvals and interfaces. Performance management Define/track KPI indicators (depending on progress) to ensure operational objectives will be achieved. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in project management support for buildings and infrastructure construction. Strong capability in project governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and delivery follow-up (scope/schedule/cost/quality/HSE). Comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder industrial environments (automotive/plant construction preferred). Additional Information Preferred Arabic language capability.
