Description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We value initiative and ownership and looking for someone who thrives on organization and enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You’re analytical, precise, and have a knack for working with numbers. At the same time, you’re a confident communicator who can easily switch between engineers, finance, and clients.
Most importantly, you’re a team player. You enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues when needed. You keep multiple tasks and deadlines under control without losing your sense of humor — because while we work hard, we also believe in having fun together. Whether it’s grabbing lunch, going to the movies, or joining team events, we like to keep things social. And beyond that, we encourage your personal development, whether through courses, trade shows, or tech events that spark your interest.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Affinity with the IT sector and an interest in project management.
Responsibilities

As our new Project Management Assistant (PMA) in the TechOps team, you’ll be much more than an administrative support role. You’ll be an essential part of the team with a lot of responsibility from day one. Your main focus will be project billing, approving engineers’ hours, preparing financial reports, and providing input for invoices to the finance team. You’ll also be the go-to person for any questions around time registration.
You’ll join daily stand-ups to track project progress and share updates on your own tasks. Keeping an eye on budgets and reporting back to clients will be second nature to you. Reports and overviews? You’ll handle them smoothly and confidently. And once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll take the lead in coordinating small projects within the team, paving the way to grow into larger project responsibilities.
