* Project Planning & Execution * Drive development and execution of project plans by defining scope, sequencing activities, estimating timelines, and determining schedules to meet objectives. * Ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards, processes, and policies. * Project Management * Manage all aspects of project delivery, including chartering, requirements gathering, planning, change control, risk management, and reporting. * Identify, resolve, and escalate project risks and issues promptly. * Track project progress and resource utilization against approved plans. * Communication & Reporting * Plan and execute effective project communications, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information and documentation. * Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management and clients. * Delivery Leadership * Lead and manage projects in the Network International domain (processing, cards, payments, ATMs, POS, etc.). * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies. * Tools & Governance * Monitor and report project progress using Jira and MS Project. * Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary. Responsibilities
