We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Management Assistant Manager to join our Technology-Solution Delivery-Delivery Management - PMO department. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the development and execution of project plans, managing all aspects of project delivery, and leading projects in the Network International domain. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting our high standards and client expectations. Job Responsibilities · ·Develop and Execute Project Plans o Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive project plans by collaborating with teams to define scope, sequence activities, estimate timelines, and establish schedules that align with project objectives. ·Ensure Compliance with Standards and Policies o Maintain consistency and enforce adherence to organizational standards, processes, and governance policies across all projects. ·Manage Full Project Lifecycle o Oversee all phases of project execution, including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, change control, risk management, and performance reporting. ·Risk and Issue Management proactively identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation to minimize impact on delivery. ·Communication and Stakeholder Engagement develop and execute effective communication strategies to ensure accurate and timely distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all relevant stakeholders. ·Project Administration and Documentation ·Ensure proper management of project-related tasks such as maintaining schedules, preparing reports, and documenting key decisions and deliverables Experience/Skills Required Education level accepted ·A minimum B.Sc. degree, from an accredited and recognized University   Min Years and type of Experience accepted ·Experience: Minimum 6 years in project management, preferably in banking, financial services or payment processing. ·Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of cards, payments, and transaction processing systems ·Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Project. ·Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2 or scrum certification is a plus). ·Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French language would be a plus ·Location: Will be based in Cairo office.   Preferred Skills ·Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. ·Analytical and problem-solving skills. ·Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ·High communication skills
