Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end delivery of business, technology and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Establish and maintain effective project governance, plans, budgets, schedules and reporting.
Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, managing expectations, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, managing risks, issues and dependencies to keep projects on track.
Facilitate project governance forums, prepare executive-level reporting and support effective stakeholder decision-making.
Provide practical advice and guidance to clients, identifying opportunities to improve capability, ways of working and business outcomes.
Support business development activities, including proposals and expanding existing client relationships.
Coach and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.
Contribute to the development of Glisk's consulting services, methodologies and internal initiatives.
