REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The work task knowledge and skills that are usually acquired through a relevant, completed degree with a standard period of study of up to 4 years in the area of Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and related subject-specific additional qualifications, or through a relevant, completed degree with a standard period of study of more than 4 years with a degree or completed vocational training with a corresponding particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification. The overall knowledge and experience required may have been acquired in other ways.

DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Working experience as an Project Manager or a similar role
  • Deploying Project Management processes, methods and tools, and easing best PM practices sharing within the PM community
  • Propose preventive and corrective actions in case of deviation from project baseline
  • Risks register monitoring and mitigation actions implementations
  • Consistent P&PM processes methods and tools deployment
  • Proactive, accurate and fully transparent schedule plan, delivering baseline and
  • forecast on schedule activities, critical path, interdependencies, resources allocation as well as earned value
  • Hands-on mentality when it comes to the actual implementation of the proposed solution
  • Accurate, transparent and clear project status reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Language skills: English and German fluent (at least language level B2)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad

  • Contributing to the operational performance on time, cost & quality through PM processes & tools deployment
  • Definition and organization of the different project phases and to enable project performance transfer
  • Analysis of collected information to identify possible deviations from project baseline
  • Identification of possible preventive or corrective actions
  • Delivery of reports to team members and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the daily application of processes and procedures such as defining, setting-up and managing the:
  • Monitoring the status of: Activities, milestones, interdependencies and critical path, Work progress, Resources availability, Action status
  • Anticipating issues and risks of the project
  • Proposing solutions for efficient project management
  • Preparation of required documentation and presentation of work results
