Description The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects related to acoustical sheet metal manufacturing. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects focuses on tracking schedules and equipment deliveries, maintaining customer documentation, and facilitating communication between departments and external stakeholders, to include CxAlloy and issue tracking. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects. Maintain project schedules, documentation, and reports. Track and manage procurement of materials and project-related inventory. Support the preparation of project documents and issue responses. Track and support closing out quality issues realized during production or on site. Address project-related administrative tasks and assist with problem resolution. Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and distribute to all parties involved. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in progress in business, construction management, engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in manufacturing or construction. Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
