JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Manager plays a key role within the project execution of all orders in HV Service to ensure delivery/completion of goods or services to the customer with a focus on customer satisfaction, invoice release through cash collection.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and organizing scope.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is highly desirable.
  • SAP knowledge is required; specifically, S/4HANA version.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Fulfillment and planning experience interacting with shop floor operations.
  • High Voltage or Electrical Manufacturing background is a plus, but not mandatory.

ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS REQUIRED/SOUGHT:

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project/order timelines effectively.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities; demonstrated aptitude for driving change through team leadership, facilitation, and influence.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP for order management and project tracking.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Familiarity with project management processes and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of high voltage products, services, and their applications is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED/SOUGHT:

  • High school diploma with 6+ years of experience in project order management, customer support, and project management or contract order assistance; OR
  • Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in business with 2+ years of relevant experience in project order management, customer support, and project management or contract order assistance.
