As a Project Management Engineer at Bank of Jordan, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing strategic projects from initiation to successful completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, from initiation to successful completion. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools. A certification in project management (PMP) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record in delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
