Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will have a direct impact to the program goals of LEAD (Leadership Experience and Accelerated Development), an Early Career Program of Avery Dennison Materials Group APAC, while gaining many insights to the Talent Acquisitions function and business environment as well as various stakeholders as you interact with them to achieve the program impact. We welcome applications from students available for a minimum three-month internship, with start dates in March or April. Please clearly indicate your desired internship duration on your resume. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and APAC business units to ensure smooth program onboarding and an effective learning experience. Support the planning and execution of early talent programs and hiring activities at both local and regional levels, ensuring effective implementation throughout the APAC region. Support LEAD communication initiatives, including promoting early talent programs and hiring activities, and showcasing successful program outcomes and stories.
