Job Description Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Help coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project team. Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication. Participate in problem-solving and brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Able to communicate both written & verbal in English Okay with Hybrid working location; Jakarta & Cikarang office Additional Information Full-time and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months (January-June 2026) Will not graduate during the internship program.
