About the role: As a Project Management Intern, you will support the team in coordinating and executing IT projects that help our clients transform how they work. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, project documentation, and delivery processes in a fast-paced, global environment. What You’ll Do Assist in maintaining and organizing project documentation, trackers, and reports. Support project meetings — from scheduling and preparing agendas to capturing key notes and following up on actions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect task updates and ensure progress visibility. Maintain shared folders and ensure version control for key project documents. Standardize templates and project materials to improve consistency and reusability. Prepare and format presentations, summaries, and other project-related documents. Support administrative and coordination tasks such as calendar planning and logistics. What You’ll Learn How projects are structured and managed in a global IT Services/Consulting company. How to coordinate between diverse stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. Best practices in project documentation, communication, and process improvement. Hands-on experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting tools. Who You Are Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or related field. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint or Google Drive is a plus. Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
