Job Purpose Under the direct mentorship from the Project Management Office (PMO) Leader and Project Managers, the Project Management Intern (PMI) gains hands‑on project management experience by leading defined workstreams within the PMO. Under the guidance of the PMO Leader and with active mentorship from Project Managers and cross‑functional teams, the intern applies PMO standards, schedules work, manages stakeholder communications, and helps deliver an end‑to‑end project outcome. To further develop PMO competencies, the PMI will deliver a unique capstone product (e.g., a project deliverable, playbook, dashboard, or process asset).   Duties and Responsibilities TOOLCHAIN INTEGRATION & REPORTING * Build and maintain project schedules in Project Management Information System; align tasks to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) IDs. * Map WBS/work items across Clarity PPM and Azure DevOps to support portfolio and execution traceability. * Create and refresh light dashboards for progress, risks, and deliverables. PROJECT DELIVERY SUPPORT * Facilitate standups and working sessions; capture actions/RAID items and drive follow‑ups to closure. * Prepare weekly status updates with schedule variance, upcoming milestones, and decision/issue logs. * Maintain project repositories and documentation structure in SharePoint/Teams according to PMO standards. CHANGE MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS * Draft concise stakeholder communications, executive highlights, and training/readiness materials. * Support stage‑gate and governance reviews with accurate, on‑time artifacts and updates. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT * Coordinate cross‑functional tasks (engineering, operations, product) and track risk/mitigation status. * Document meeting notes, decisions, action items, and ensure artifacts are linked to schedule and backlog items. Qualifications Requirements * Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Project Management, Business/Operations, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science. * At least one academic year completed in bachelor’s program. Qualifications * Strong organization, facilitation, and written communication skills; comfort presenting to teams. * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to learn new PM tools quickly. * Interest in enterprise PMO practices and structured delivery (RAID management, stage‑gates, WBS). * Experience with Microsoft Project or Project for the Web preferred * Exposure to SharePoint/Teams and Power BI preferred * Understanding of how to build and refine WBS preferred * Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall methods (e.g., Scrum ceremonies, basic change control) preferred
