About the role Pinhome is looking for a Project Management Intern to join immediately. As a Project Management Intern, this role will support project managers across various tasks, hence acquiring practical experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Their duties encompass assisting project managers with documentation, stakeholder communication, risk management, and tracking project progress. This role will be ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards. Additionally, the intern will help monitor on-site project development to ensure optimal time management and quality achievement. What You Will Do You will be responsible to do research/ benchmark to kick start a new product initiative in Pinhome You will help on project managing some new/ on going growth initiative(s), including managing multiple stakeholders (internal and possible to also manage external stakeholders), monitoring execution, and review the impact of each initiatives You will help to monitor project development on ground to ensure Time vs. Quality will be achieved What You Will Need Last year students in a reputable university/ fresh graduates are welcome (Experiences as intern on strategy/ research/ analyst role are appreciated) Have the skill to do research/benchmarking and be able to generate insights. Able to do project management Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, Attention to detail and accuracy, Time management. Understanding of triple constraint: time, cost, and quality on Project Construction is a Plus. Understanding of Commercial Retail space is a Plus. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions, Critical thinking, Basic data analysis skills. Have pro-activity and able to show strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn Strong analytical skills with experience using microsoft office & google suites and operational metrics. About the team The Candidate will collaborate closely with the Companys Founder, its management team, Head of Strategy, and Project Leaders. This cross-functional team collectively possesses extensive consulting experience gained from decacorn startup veterans, alongside significant entrepreneurship experience.
