CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Teams and Visio is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, or Jira) is a bonus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Understanding of gaming culture, platforms (PC, console, mobile), and genres is a plus.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern for a six-month internship. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, testing, and delivery by working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the smooth execution of key initiatives.
As a Project Specialist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and cross-functional teams in the successful planning and execution of initiatives. This six-month internship provides hands-on experience in project management practices, communication, testing, and process optimization within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Support: Track tasks, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and maintain alignment.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, presentations, and reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Map customer-centric journeys to identify and propose enhancements to workflows.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research to inform project planning and decision-making.
