Project Management Intern Department: Project Management - Agency Relevate Health | June 1 – July 24, 2026 Relevate Health is excited to launch our 2026 Summer Internship Program, an immersive, hands-on experience designed for students eager to gain real-world experience in healthcare marketing, data, technology, and business operations. This is an 8-week paid internship program beginning June 1, 2026, and interns must be available to participate for the full duration of the program. Program Highlights 8-week structured program (June 1 – July 24, 2026) Paid at $19 per hour Up to 25 hours per week Real project ownership and hands-on experience Exposure to senior leadership Professional development workshops and career coaching Collaborative, high-performance culture Requirements Currently enrolled undergraduate student (rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred) Available for the full 8-week program Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Currently, Relevate Health cannot sponsor employment-based visas. Project Managers at Relevate Health play a vital role in ensuring project success by supporting timelines and budgets. They collaborate closely with Project Managers, Account Leads and agency teams to execute projects effectively. The role involves acquiring healthcare industry knowledge and mastering company processes, along with exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities & Projects Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. Support day-to-day project operations to maintain project timelines. Collaborate in resource scheduling to ensure team members have the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently. Assist in executing various project management administrative tasks promptly and with precision. Assist in the development and execution of project timelines. Monitor project progress and help generate project status reports for Project Managers and stakeholders as required. Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including account, strategy, market intelligence, and design teams. Assign tasks to shared services and oversee their completion to move work through our systems efficiently. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas or recommendations. Utilize project management tools such as Workfront, Jira® or other tools as required Deliver a final project or presentation at the end of the internship About the Department This department plans, coordinates, and oversees client work from kickoff to delivery. It manages timelines, scopes, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and teams know what’s needed and when. Project management is the engine that turns great ideas into delivered, profitable, on-time work. How the Intern Will Support the Team This intern will be an extra set of hands, assisting in wf tasks, routing jobs thru the system, following up with team members, attending meetings, etc. It’s a great opportunity to see how a project goes from inception to completion Expected Outcomes by End of Internship Gain hands-on experience in managing a project from start to finish and learning how an advertising agency works. They’ll be given the opportunity to see what all the departments do and see how important team work is. Develop foundational skills in Project Management Understand how cross functional teams function within the organization Required Experience / Background Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, facilitating effective team collaboration and project progress tracking.
