Employment Type: Intern Division: Project Management Department: Project Management The Project Management Intern supports Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents in coordinating and executing construction projects. This role offers hands-on experience in project documentation, scheduling, communication, and field support within a dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities / Essential Functions Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as a team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Process submittals and gather/distribute information; maintain high-quality project documentation and ensure processes stay within budget and on schedule. Attend project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes. Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries. Perform other tasks as assigned by the project team. Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Broad understanding of the construction industry. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented with strong dependability. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to understand and follow directions effectively. Required Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency. Basic math and accounting skills.
