Job Description You're a motivated student or recent graduate with a strong interest in project management within real estate or construction. You’re organized, eager to learn, and ready to support complex projects in a fast-paced environment. With a proactive mindset and collaborative attitude, you're looking to gain hands-on experience at a leading real estate firm. Your Activities Support the Project Management team in the day-to-day coordination of client projects Assist in preparing project presentations, documentation, and meeting materials Help monitor project timelines and budgets under supervision Support in updating and organizing project documentation, drawings, and contracts Completing and updating the REF database Support in preparing monthly and quarterly reports Qualifications Academic degree (Architecture or Engineer are preferred) Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English Familiar with Office Package especially with Word, Excel, and Power Point A collaborative, dynamic and proactive person Availability to travel across the main Italian cities. Drivers licence

Responsibilities

Support the Project Management team in coordinating client projects and assist in preparing project-related materials. Help monitor project timelines and budgets while updating project documentation and preparing reports.
