JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Coordinators. The Project Management (PM) Lead will oversee PM projects, tools and systems to drive market leading game development. The PM Lead must be detail-oriented, able to delegate and manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize workload for the team. This person will model a positive attitude and consistently drive the team toward high performance.
Salary Range: $65-80k

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• 2+ years of proven experience in project management and people leadership.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong knowledge and intermediate skill using web-based systems and tools.

• Experienced user of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel).

• Experience with Wrike, Caspio and WordPress a plus.
• Ability to effectively create, prioritize, execute and delegate tasks with accuracy.
• Demonstrated problem solving, risk mitigation skills and change management skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer-oriented, very fast-paced, and demanding environment.
• Must be able to meet or exceed set project milestones and deadlines, which will entail extra work time as needed (work hours beyond a normal work week).

• Develop processes to ensure data integrity across all applicable reports and systems, including ownership of game development project management data, tools and reports.
• Set strategy for risk mitigation and provide real time status on progression on our project portfolio.
• Direct development and management of tools, reports, systems and related processes and documentation, including Caspio, Wrike, Intranet.
• Lead and set direction for the project management team.
• Coach and develop the team for ongoing and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and interpret organizational data and reports.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiations as needed.
• Support IT systems and/or tools as required.
