Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist executive leadership in developing and executing strategic initiatives, translating vision into actionable plans, and tracking progress against key objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation across various departments.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among different departments and teams, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and operational priorities. Act as a central point of contact for critical projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes. This includes managing complex projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic insights and support informed decision-making for new ventures or product development.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Economics, Public Affairs or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in strategic roles, such as Chief of Staff, Management Consultant, venture capital firm or high-growth startup.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
