This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Management (NBFC - Accounting) professional in India. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management/Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions across banking, fintech, and NBFC domains. In this role, you will translate business requirements into actionable documents, collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless product development, and assist in defining accounting policies and processes. You will manage reporting to stakeholders, participate in QA processes, and ensure solutions are optimized for efficiency and accuracy. This position offers exposure to diverse projects, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on financial processes. Ideal candidates are analytical, highly organized, and possess a strong understanding of accounting in the lending/financial sector. Accountabilities: · Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documents such as BRDs and FRDs. · Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the seamless implementation of product features. · Develop accounting policies using client master data and ensure compliance with industry standards. · Generate and distribute timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to relevant stakeholders. · Participate in quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and functionality of solutions. · Support the team in process optimization, ensuring all solutions are efficient and effective. · Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. · Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, business analysis, or implementation consulting. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, and other business documentation. · Understanding of accounting principles in banking and lending, including strategy, charge codes, and policies. · Knowledge of the NBFC/lending domain and experience with software such as LMS, LOS, Collections, and CRM. · Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. · Familiarity with SQL, databases, and technology integration is a plus. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities. · Impactful Projects: Work on large-scale initiatives in banking, fintech, and government sectors that create significant real-world impact. · Collaborative Team: Engage with a talented, diverse team including engineers, designers, and creative professionals. · Work Flexibility: Enjoy flexible schedules and remote work options to maintain work-life balance. · Professional Growth: Opportunities for learning, cross-domain exposure, and development of leadership and technical skills. · Innovation: Work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in a dynamic environment.
