REQUIRED TRAINING, TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS.

· Previous administration/document control/financial experience essential.
· Previous experience in a project management.
· Proficient in MS Project, MS word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
· Understanding of document and revision control.

Pay: €35,000.00-€42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  1. Responsibility for note taking/meeting minutes/record keeping/file structure.
  2. Organise meetings and presentations.
  3. Develop and preparation of drafts documents using an approved document format/template.
  4. Provide support to the Implementation manager including reporting, project tracking on project office and updates from project team members.
  5. Support and liaise with project team members.
  6. Initiate the PMO projects on project start up.
  7. Liaise with the larger teams as deemed necessary to gather required information and data.
  8. Coordinate completion of documentation in full compliance with deadlines.
