Are you an experienced PMO leader who thrives on bringing structure, governance and strategic delivery together? Do you enjoy leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders and driving meaningful organisational change?
Care Connect is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, technology improvements and business transformation projects across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation during a period of ongoing growth and transformation while leading a national portfolio of projects that directly support better outcomes for our clients, employees and communities.
About Us
Care Connect is one of Australia's leading not-for-profit home care specialists, proudly supporting people across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
Since 1994, we've empowered tens of thousands of Australians to live independently, confidently and happily at home through personalised care and trusted partnerships.
Guided by our CARE values of Collaboration & Courage, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence, we're committed to helping people live life with confidence, connection and purpose.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Strategy, Technology & Delivery, the PMO Manager leads Care Connect’s Project Management Office and oversees delivery of the Transformation Program, ensuring strategic initiatives achieve their intended outcomes and benefits.
Combining people leadership, portfolio management and hands-on delivery, you’ll lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, strengthen delivery frameworks and governance, and work closely with senior stakeholders to manage priorities, resources, risks and dependencies.
You’ll prepare business cases that clearly articulate the rationale, costs, benefits and delivery approach for proposed initiatives. You’ll also lead quarterly portfolio review cycles to assess progress, review benefits and capacity, and recommend changes to priorities, sequencing and funding.
