WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the PMO framework, including standards and governance processes such as project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management for Digital HR projects
  • A key focus will be ensuring that all projects and products align with the organization’s digital HR strategy and deliver measurable business value
  • You will oversee the portfolio of digital HR projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outcomes. Regular performance updates will be provided to senior leadership to maintain transparency and alignment
  • Collaboration with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors will be essential to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of agile methodologies and digital-first approaches within the HR function
  • Another important aspect of this role is providing thought leadership on how digital tools and solutions can enhance HR processes and improve employee engagement
