You will work as a Project Management Office (Mandarin Speaker) where you will be responsible for monitoring & evaluating all business program planning for Kawan Lama Industrial so that it runs as planned and responsible for planning, implementing, checking and continuously improving each of Kawan Lama Industrial’s business programs so as to support the achievement of maximum business growth.

Responsibility

• Collaborate with related parties to ensure that the implementation of the company’s strategy can run effectively according to plan.
• Coordinate each section involved in the implementation of the business program so that each section achieves the performance that has been determined, including follow-up to the parties involved so that there are no obstacles in its implementation.
• Prepare reporting related to the implementation of all business programs at Kawan Lama Industrial as input for management in decision making.
• Become a PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) PIC for Kawan Lama Industrial starting from collecting and analyzing periodic performance data, monitoring, evaluating and identifying problems as well as recommending solutions to achieve maximum company performance.
• Collaborate with CPMO regarding the COE (Calendar of Event) agenda as well as periodic evaluations of business programs that have been prepared.
• S1, all major
• 5 years experience in the same field
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
