| Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and budgets. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization. Maintain and enhance project documentation, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency. Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects and teams. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to project delivery. | Bachelor's degree in any fields. Fluency in English and Japanese - Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and logical flows. | Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a PMO or business consulting role, with proven experience leading projects end-to-end. PMP certification is a plus.
