Position Summary
The PMO Analyst will support and track the PMO deliverables and activities that the Program requires and Work closely with all the relevant stakeholders to facilitate the delivery

Job Responsibilities

  • Track the Resourcing for the Program from taking resource requirements till onboarding of the hired people
  • Track the Milestones completion for the Project / Program
  • Track the Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies of the Program and update the RAID system.
  • Liaise with the different stakeholders of the Program across vendors and Customer and forge good working relations
  • Attend Status meetings and forums, take notes/minutes and track actions to closure
  • Assist in logistics support including meeting rooms booking, hardware/software provisioning for the team, own and initiate team activities, access support and documentation
  • Take up any adhoc activity that might come along the lifecycle of the project to help supplement the team

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Skill

  • Should be a self-starter and not just follow orders. Able to handle work independently without excess handholding & constant reminders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Medium level proficiency)
  • Experience in working on Sharepoint, Confluence, JIRA is a plus
  • Candidate should be a Graduate with 1 - 3 years of PMO experience (preferred)
