• ABOUT THE ROLERole One — Process & TransformationDesigning and embedding PMO frameworks, processes, and governance across four businesses from a standing start.
• Owning the monthly rhythm — KPI reporting, management and board reporting, risk registers, and risk control matrices.
• Running cross-business workshops and collaboration sessions, pulling inputs from people who don't report to you.
• Leading change and transformation projects, including process mapping and evaluating new tools and technology.

Likely to suit someone who has led transformations, process improvement, and substantial projects across more than one part of a business. Consultancy experience is welcome, though not essential.

• Role Two — DeliveryEstablishing and running project controls, stage gates, and delivery assurance across the portfolio. Setting up and chairing Project Boards, and holding experienced delivery managers to the process. Monitoring portfolio performance and reporting on progress, risk, and issues.
• Building the delivery framework from scratch and improving it as the businesses scale.
• A PMO background is ideal, though a strong project management track record will be considered. If your experience has come from a main contractor or construction delivery environment, that would be a real advantage — but it's far from the only route in. PRINCE2 or PMP desirable. Full driving licence essential for this role.
